Required Profile: \* Technician or technologist in diesel engines, gasoline engines, heavy machinery mechanics, or related fields. \* Experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of construction machinery. \* Knowledge and proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment. \* Experience leading work teams and coordinating operational activities. \* Proactive, organized, responsible individual with leadership ability, assertive communication skills, and goal-oriented mindset. \* Ability to plan, assign, and monitor workshop activities, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery compliance. Main Responsibilities: \* Lead and support the workshop's technical team. \* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. \* Monitor diagnostics, repairs, and delivery timelines. \* Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and resources. \* Maintain order, safety, and adherence to established processes. \* Report incidents and support continuous operational improvement.
