The role will collaborate directly with RTX Colombia's geology and HSE teams under the direction of the Colombia Project Coordinator and with guidance from the drilling subject matter expert and the Nominated Responsible Manager for Aviation. The role is critical to the testing of exploration targets in Colombia, where helicopter operations are required for the transportation of people and equipment. The position will provide first line operational support for the conceptual study of the copper resource that has been identified at Comita. This role will collaborate directly with the RTX Colombia geology and HSE teams under the direction of the Colombia Project Coordinator with guidance from drilling subject matter expert the Nominated Responsible Manager for Aviation. Your responsibilities will include: * Represents the organization in the execution of service agreements at the project site, delivering on organizational \& project priorities in line with Rio Tinto’s values \& organizational culture. * Leads the ongoing assessment, prioritization and control of critical risks at the supervisor level. * Responsible for the tracking and reporting on milestones and costs for service delivery at company sites. * Oversees service delivery in accordance with RTX \& RT technical procedures, such as Rio Tinto’s Exploration and Evaluation Drilling Procedure, C7 Aviation Standard and as well as the Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS). * Ensures success \& ongoing improvement of task\-based support for geological target tests. * Ensuring overall success \& ongoing improvement at geological target tests, for example; Exploration holes drilled to target depth and to the diameter specified by geoscience sample protocol.
