We are seeking a person to provide operational support for portfolio, financial closing, and deed processing activities, ensuring up-to-date information and timely notification of developments.

You will be responsible for providing operational support for portfolio, financial closing, and deed processing activities related to assigned projects, conducting ongoing follow-up with clients, documentation, payments, and procedures, ensuring up-to-date information and promptly alerting any developments that may affect schedule compliance.
**Responsibilities**
**1\. Portfolio Tracking**
* Monitor customers' payment obligations and commitments.
* Contact customers to remind them of payment due dates and manage outstanding commitments.
* Record and maintain updated records of portfolio commitments and developments.
* Validate payment evidence and coordinate its application with the relevant departments.
* Promptly identify customers with overdue payments or non-compliance and escalate cases requiring special handling.
* Support preparation of portfolio reports and reconciliations.
**2\. Support for Financial Closing**
* Request and follow up on documentation required for financial closing.
* Maintain up-to-date information on mortgage loans, own resources, and subsidies.
* Follow up on approval letters, validity periods, and pending documents.
* Support updating information in SICO, Fiducia, and internal tools.
**3\. Support for Deed Processing**
* Conduct documentary follow-up on appraisals and title studies.
* Assist in preparing documentation required by banks, trust companies, and notaries.
* Coordinate client appointments for deed signing.
* Follow up on pending documents and signatures.
* Maintain updated status of each procedure and its compliance deadlines.
**4\. Document Management and Customer Service**
* Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
* Respond to inquiries regarding portfolio status and deed processing progress.
* Request missing documents and follow up until receipt.
* Ensure proper traceability of communications, documents, and supporting evidence.
**5\. Monitoring and Control**
* Report developments, delays, and critical cases to the Analyst and Coordinator.
* Update tracking matrices and tools daily.
* Support preparation of portfolio, deed processing, and disbursement reports.
* Meet established deadlines for assigned tasks and contribute to achieving the department’s monthly goals.
**Requirements:**
* Technical, technological, or university student in administrative, financial, or related fields.
* Preferably at least 1 year of experience in portfolio management, customer service, real estate processes, deed processing, administrative procedures, or related activities.
* Ability to operate document control systems and portfolio and payment tracking tools.
