Your expertise will play a key role in elevating and expanding our web development efforts. **Responsibilities** * Develop high\-performance web applications utilizing Python technologies * Improve platform reliability and optimize service availability * Integrate third\-party APIs and additional services to broaden application capabilities * Collaborate with multiple teams to accomplish collective project objectives * Refactor and enhance existing web systems to meet evolving business requirements * Evaluate code submissions and provide mentorship to other developers * Diagnose and resolve technical issues in web platforms * Define and maintain best practices for web development processes * Assist in planning and estimating new features and project enhancements **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web\-focused software engineering roles * At least one year of experience leading and supervising development teams * Advanced proficiency in Python for web application development and maintenance * Experience with database management for effective data storage and retrieval * Skilled in using Git for version control, collaborative development, and workflow optimization * Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams or projects to successful outcomes * Familiarity with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for efficient application development * Knowledge of Python web servers for deploying and running web solutions * Understanding of security measures to protect web applications from vulnerabilities * Experience with software development methodologies to ensure smooth project execution * Ability to implement secure user authentication and authorization systems * English communication skills at B2\+ level or higher, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Experience deploying and managing web applications on cloud platforms * Proficiency with Docker or similar tools for containerized environment management * Knowledge of frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for creating user interfaces
