Bakery Assistant

Position Summary: Provide technical and strategic advisory services to bakeries and sector-related industries to improve product quality and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and/or courses related to baking. Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery processes, production, or technical advisory within the sector. Job Mission Provide technical and strategic advisory services to bakeries and sector-related industries, contributing to improved product quality, process optimization, and strengthened commercial relationships with current and potential customers. Main Responsibilities Conduct technical diagnostics at bakeries and production plants. Train staff in traditional and modern baking techniques. Advise customers on proper storage, handling, and management of products. Respond to technical visits related to inquiries, complaints, or claims regarding baking processes. Provide technical support to customers to optimize their production processes. Support quality control activities and evaluation of raw materials. Promote compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. Develop technical recommendations aimed at continuous improvement of customers' processes. Salary: $3,200,000 + statutory benefits guaranteed. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
