A prominent cosmetics company is seeking new talent for its team in Medellín. We are looking for a high school graduate with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in logistics processes, warehousing, receiving, inventory management, order dispatch, and/or picking, as well as SAP proficiency. Key Responsibilities: Execute storage, distribution, promotional, and labeling activities—from receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods through to dispatch—supporting production processes while adhering to the company's established procedures. Monitor transportation requests and promptly report and manage any incidents that arise. Calculate shipment volumes to be delivered and determine the number of vehicles required for dispatch. Perform photographic documentation of vehicle loading, control vehicle sealing with tamper-evident seals, deliver supporting documentation, and dispatch orders for critical customers to ensure shipments are delivered exactly as dispatched. Validate dispatched invoices against registered invoices and manage discrepancies. Manage inventory-related activities, from physical verification to system validation. Schedule: Monday–Saturday on rotating shifts; exact schedule clarified during interview. Salary: COP $1,750,527.60 + Transportation Allowance + Food Allowance + Statutory Benefits + Employee Fund.
