Primary Function Deliver in-person training programs focused on personnel development and strengthening customer service, conveying practical knowledge and skills to sales and administrative teams through dynamic and experiential methodologies. Responsibilities Conduct in-person training sessions at service stations. Train sales and administrative teams in customer service. Apply dynamic methodologies and hands-on activities. Adapt training according to group needs. Monitor KPIs, tasks, and learning processes. Required Profile High school diploma, technical, technological, or university degree in Administration, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in staff training or instruction. Experience delivering in-person workshops. Preferred experience in retail, service stations, or customer-facing sectors. Conditions Work Modality: In-person (field visits). Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract. Salary: COP 1,950,000 + variable + statutory benefits (average total: COP 2,800,000). Working Hours: Monday to Saturday. Work Location: Barranquilla. Willingness to travel within the city.
