As a Barista/Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring bar service, guest service, beverage preparation, and acting as the restaurant/bar ambassador to deliver quality and excellence, exceeding guest expectations. Your Responsibilities... Set up and dismantle the bar, cocktail lounge, and restaurant. Manage production, orders, inventory control of liquors and beverages in general, distilled spirits and productions, and bar replenishment. Supervise order and cleanliness at the assigned point of sale (restaurant, buffet, banquet hall, café, or bar). Greet guests at the restaurant/cocktail lounge and guide them to their seats. Provide recommendations on available products in the restaurant/bar, take orders, and adapt flexibly to diverse guest requests. Set up, dismantle, and clean restaurant tables and hotel function rooms used for events, conferences, and all types of functions, per supervisor guidelines. Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or bar service: set up, clean, and dismantle tables. Thoroughly know the menus and all products available at the hotel restaurant. Ensure compliance with—and exceed—gastronomy department quality standards related to the Collection brand. What We’re Looking For... Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar roles. English language knowledge preferred. Creativity and innovation capability. Professional bartending course preferred. Excellent personal presentation and approachability. Guest-oriented mindset.
