Job Summary: A prominent architecture firm in Medellín is seeking an Architect for architectural design, construction management, and commercial management, ensuring quality and compliance. Commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills A leading architecture-sector company located in Medellín seeks experienced personnel with a minimum of 24 months’ experience in architecture to fill the position of Architect. · Academic qualification: Degree in Architecture. · Specific responsibilities: · - Conduct commercial visits to existing and potential clients to secure new projects. - Develop complete architectural designs, including detailed floor plans and renderings for presentation and approval. - Prepare quotations in accordance with company guidelines and analyze technical and financial feasibility. - Direct, supervise, and control construction execution according to designs and technical specifications. - Prepare progress reports, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and budget requirements. · Required knowledge: · - Experience in architectural design and construction management. - Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or others). - Experience in budget preparation. - Commercial and negotiation skills. - Leadership and teamwork capabilities. · Salary: COP $3,200,000 to $3,800,000 depending on experience + statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; two Saturdays per month, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract type: Fixed-term contract.
