Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in high-demand operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; no company-provided transportation route available. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure brand protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime pay + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.).
