Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness We are seeking a Basic Waste Management Operator Requirements: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience is acceptable. Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone, as the company does not provide transportation services. Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure waste brand protection. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; possessing personal transportation is mandatory.
