Job Summary: We are seeking a C1/C2 Driver with experience in the commercial area to ensure distribution, sales, and cash collection, while strengthening customer relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient, safe, and high-quality service A well-known company located in Medellín is looking for a C1/C2 Driver to join its team, requiring at least one (1) year of experience in the commercial area, including order delivery, cash collection, vehicle handling, customer service, and store-to-store sales. Academic Qualification: Completed high school education. Job Mission: Ensure timely product distribution to assigned customers, adhering to established routes, executing direct commercial management, promoting sales and cash collection, and strengthening customer relationships, thereby guaranteeing efficient, safe, and high-quality service. Responsibilities: Deliver products promptly according to the assigned route, ensuring adherence to delivery times and transportation conditions. Execute direct product sales to customers, promoting the product portfolio and achieving established sales targets. Manage cash or payment methods collection, ensuring proper handling and accurate recordkeeping. Inspect vehicle and merchandise condition before and after each workday, reporting any anomalies. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing friendly and efficient service. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork, Assertive Communication, Results Orientation. · Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance $250,000 + guaranteed variable pay $1,757,300 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday and holidays; operations begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue until the route is completed.
