Job Summary: We are seeking a TAT Driver/Delivery Person to ensure product delivery, customer service, and cash collection, contributing to logistical and commercial efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Cash collection management and route compliance A reputable company located in Medellín requires a TAT Driver/Delivery Person for its team, with at least six (6) months of experience in store-to-store (TAT) product delivery and vehicle operation. Academic Qualification: Completed high school education. Job Requirements: Valid C1 or C2 driver’s license. Requires driving, customer service, TAT product delivery, and cash collection. Basic road safety regulations. Job Mission: Execute store-to-store (TAT) product deliveries, ensuring route adherence, high-quality customer service, and accurate cash collection, thereby contributing to the company’s logistical and commercial efficiency. Responsibilities: Operate the assigned vehicle while complying with traffic regulations. Deliver products to retail outlets on a store-to-store (TAT) basis according to schedule. Properly display and deliver products. Provide courteous and efficient customer service. Perform cash collection for subsequent deposit into PAC. Salary: Month 1: $1,423,500 + statutory transportation allowance. Months 2 and 3: $1,423,500 + statutory transportation allowance + guaranteed amount of $1,723,000. From Month 4 onward: $1,423,500 + statutory transportation allowance + commissions. From day one: includes enrollment in EPS (health insurance), pension fund, ARL (occupational risk insurance), and compensation fund. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract. Working Hours: From 6:00 a.m. until completion of the route.
