Job Summary: A reputable company requires a Chainsaw Operator to operate and maintain chainsaws, perform controlled felling, limbing, bucking, clearing work areas, and support field activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate a chainsaw for tree and branch cutting and area cleanup 2. Perform controlled felling and basic chainsaw maintenance 3. Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE A reputable company requires a Chainsaw Operator for its workforce. Operate the chainsaw for cutting trees, branches, and cleaning areas. Perform controlled felling according to technical instructions and safety regulations. Limb, buck, and clear work areas (easements, power lines, construction sites). Inspect the area prior to cutting (hazards, lean, obstacles). Perform basic chainsaw maintenance (sharpening, cleaning, fuel mixture). Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE (helmet, gloves, face shield, boots, etc.). Support field activities as required (loading, signage, cleaning). Report incidents or hazardous conditions to the supervisor · Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,800,000 + statutory benefits. Daily payment of COP $85,000. Sundays and holidays are paid at double rate (COP $170,000). Estimated average monthly income between COP $2,210,000 and COP $2,890,000. Experience: 2 years · Benefits: Field camp meals and accommodation.
