Management of mise en place and hot/cold kitchen A well-established company located in Medellín is looking for a Gourmet Restaurant Kitchen Assistant to join its team, with at least one (1) year of experience as a kitchen assistant or kitchen leader. Academic qualification: Technical degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. Job Requirements: Technical training in culinary arts or gastronomy. Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations. Proficiency in mise en place. Job Mission: Execute standard recipes, perform mise en place, and carry out production processes, ensuring food quality and adherence to company-defined guidelines. Responsibilities: Perform mise en place during opening and closing shifts. Ensure cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work areas. Monitor product rotation and proper labeling. Issue alerts regarding shortages and raw material stock status. Guarantee excellent customer service. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or task-based. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday with a compensatory day off.
