




Position Summary: We are seeking a technician/technologist with experience leading and supervising operations in hospital, institutional, or commercial sectors, managing teams and overseeing shifts. A nationally recognized company with 70 years of market presence is seeking a technician and/or technologist (if a high school graduate, academic equivalency may be granted based on representative experience) in environmental, hospital, administrative, production, or related fields; minimum one year of experience in roles such as team leader, coordinator, and/or operations supervisor within hospital, institutional, commercial, or related sectors, with responsibilities including managing staff rosters or workgroups of at least 20 people, conducting inspections and daily routines across facility areas such as clinics, hospitals, and plants; floor care, production, and logistics management; reporting incidents, scheduling and controlling operational staff shifts to ensure full coverage of all positions, and promptly addressing issues arising during service delivery across all shifts; responsible for equipment and supply management, and direct supervision of work teams. Skills include training leadership, assertive and effective communication, and strong Excel proficiency for report generation.
