Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator (CNC Programmer and/or Operator) to support machining and production processes, performing CNC machine programming and operation. Key Highlights: 1. Quality verification and handling of production forms A metal-mechanical sector company requires a Production Operator (CNC Programmer and/or Operator) to support machining and production processes in the municipality of Medellín. Responsibilities: 1. Inspect the assigned machine's condition before starting work. 2. Perform CNC machine programming and operation according to requested drawings. 3. Execute production programs within scheduled timeframes and verify quality variables during the process. 4. Complete production forms, report technical anomalies, and segregate non-conforming products. Salary: Between $2,200,000 and $2,800,000, depending on experience and profile. Education: High school diploma required; technical training in machines and tools, industrial mechanics, or CNC. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in programming and/or operating CNC lathes directly from the machine’s interface. Contract Type: Permanent. Working Hours: Shifts Monday through Saturday, either 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Work Location: Bello, Antioquia Other Requirements: Ability to interpret mechanical drawings. Proficient handling of production and quality control forms. Consistent use of personal protective equipment.
