Candidates must hold a high school diploma or technical qualification in portfolio, collections, or related fields, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the portfolio area. Job Mission: To efficiently and respectfully manage assigned operations, ensuring goal achievement, proper documentation of all activities conducted, and timely customer service — thereby contributing to the strengthening of portfolio and collections processes. Responsibilities: - Efficiently and respectfully manage and attend to assigned operational tasks and customer interactions. - Achieve established job targets. - Properly document all activities conducted. - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information. - Promptly report any issues arising during operations. Knowledge: - Proficiency in software applications. - Basic knowledge of office productivity tools. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, assertive communication, customer orientation, and results orientation. Salary: $1.750.905 + commissions + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
