Job Summary: We are seeking a C1/C2 Driver for product distribution, direct sales, cash collection, and customer service, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Timely product distribution and route compliance 2. Direct commercial management and sales promotion 3. Strengthening customer relationships A well-established company located in Medellín is looking to hire a C1/C2 Driver for its team, with at least one (1) year of experience in the commercial area, including order delivery, cash collection, vehicle operation, customer service, and store-to-store sales. Academic Qualification: Completed high school education. Job Mission: Ensure timely product distribution to assigned customers, comply with established routes, execute direct commercial management, promote sales, collect payments, and strengthen customer relationships, thereby guaranteeing efficient, safe, and high-quality service. Responsibilities: Deliver products promptly according to the assigned route, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and transportation conditions. Conduct direct product sales to customers, promoting the product portfolio and achieving established sales targets. Manage cash or other payment methods, ensuring proper handling and accurate recordkeeping. Inspect vehicle and cargo condition before and after each shift, reporting any anomalies. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing friendly and efficient service. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork, Assertive Communication, Results Orientation. · Salary: COP 1,750,905 + transportation allowance COP 250,000 + guaranteed variable COP 1,757,300 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday and holidays; operations begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue until the route is completed.
