Typically possesses basic education (primary or secondary) and does not require extensive prior experience, although experience in civil works or heavy labor is valued. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, mixing supplies, assisting in excavations, cleaning and organizing the worksite, supplying tools to skilled personnel, and following instructions from the foreman or site supervisor.
