Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator to perform activities in brick manufacturing, handling raw materials and products to ensure quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling raw materials and products to ensure quality 2. Ensuring operational continuity in the production process 3. Ensuring correct delivery to the customer through loading and unloading An allied company is currently recruiting personnel, preferably with at least six (6) months of experience in construction, to fill the position of production operator. · Mission: Carry out production process activities in brick manufacturing by appropriately handling raw materials and in-process products, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. · Responsibilities: Prepare and handle raw materials using defined tools and procedures to ensure proper transformation. Execute the production process by shaping and moving the product across its various stages, ensuring operational continuity. Classify and prepare finished products, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. Support loading and unloading activities to guarantee correct delivery to the customer. Maintain order, cleanliness, and working conditions in the work area, complying with safety regulations and personal protective equipment requirements. · Professional Competencies: Attention to detail. Results orientation. · Salary: COP $1,785,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Three shifts. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months directly with the company, with possibility of renewal.
