Company located in the municipality of Medellín seeks a Construction Worker with at least one (1) year of experience in white or gray structures. Academic background: High school diploma preferred, with reading and writing competencies. Job Mission: Coordinate and execute construction processes on site, following instructions from the immediate supervisor, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and efficient use of resources. Responsibilities: Perform machine-applied facade plastering to ensure appropriate surface finishes. Execute concrete pouring for sidewalks and other concrete works, ensuring proper material application. Install doors and windows according to project technical specifications. Apply stuccos and paints to achieve high-quality final finishes. Carry out tiling on walls and floors according to established designs. Possess knowledge of repairs, mortar handling, grout application, edge finishing, grooving and half-round channels, minor repairs on gray structures, and structural layout marking.
