Job Summary: A reputable company is seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to support food preparation for elderly adults, ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area A well-established service-sector company located in the municipality of La Estrella is seeking a kitchen assistant with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in food preparation. The purpose of this position is to support food preparation for elderly adults while ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. · Academic qualification: High school diploma with food handling certification. · Specific duties: - Assist in food preparation. - Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. - Perform mise en place for food preparation. - Assist in preparing meals for approximately 140 people. · Required knowledge: - Hygienic food handling (GMP standards). - Basic cutting techniques and knife handling. - Preparation of mise en place. - Teamwork. - Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. · Salary: $1.750.905 + transportation allowance + social benefits. Work schedule: Rotating shifts; Shift 1: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Shift 2: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work is scheduled from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.
