




Job Summary: This Kitchen Assistant position involves organizing and handling food, cleaning equipment, and assisting in meal preparation with a focus on food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and disinfection of kitchen areas Position: Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities: -Organize raw materials, products, and supplies in refrigerators, cabinets, and other storage areas according to food and beverage preservation and handling protocols. -Wash dishes, plates, and kitchen utensils, place them in their designated locations, and set them up for service. -Clean, sanitize, and disinfect equipment, kitchens, facilities, food preparation and service areas according to technical procedures. -Unpack, prepare, weigh, and verify supplies; transfer them into containers and store them in refrigerators, cabinets, and other storage areas according to technical procedures. -Classify, separate, and supply products, supplies, and ingredients for food and beverage preparation according to cleaning and disinfection protocols. -Assist cooks and chefs in tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, measuring, mixing, toasting, and heating ingredients related to food preparation. -Perform related duties.
