Position Summary: A leading company in the food sector is seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant with food preparation experience to strengthen operational processes and ensure service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support food preparation processes according to quality and hygiene standards. 2. Prepare food and maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen. 3. Customer service orientation, customer attention, and teamwork. A leading company in the food sector is seeking a Kitchen Assistant with at least one (1) year of experience in food preparation to strengthen kitchen operational processes and ensure appropriate customer service and service quality. Academic Qualification: High school graduate. Work Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in cooking and food preparation. Job Mission: Support food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, contributing to the proper functioning of kitchen operations. Job Requirements: - Experience in food preparation. - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Familiarity with basic kitchen processes. - Availability to work rotating shifts. - Customer service orientation and customer attention. Responsibilities: - Prepare food according to operational requirements. - Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Maintain order and cleanliness in kitchen areas. - Support operational activities in the kitchen department. - Provide appropriate customer service when required. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, service orientation, attention to detail, adaptability, responsibility. Salary: $1,800,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract. Working Hours: Rotating daytime shifts from Sunday to Sunday, with a compensatory day off.
