




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for a kitchen and customer service position, with responsibilities including inspection, preparation, and maintenance of fryers. Key Highlights: 1. Inspect chicken for frying, checking for feathers, verifying weight, deboning the thigh, and performing the wing “carrizo” cut to ensure compliance with established standards. 2. Bread and fry chicken and its derivatives according to established procedures. 3. Filter and wash fryers in accordance with instructions and established procedures. 5. Inspect oil color and report to the Manager when oil replacement is required. 6. Perform pre-preparation of products (wings, picanugys) according to quantities specified by the Manager, following procedures and indicating product expiration dates. · Salary: $1,750,905 + social benefits + Sunday surcharges + overtime surcharges + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract of less than one year, renewable. Work Location: Metropolitan Area.
