Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser to ensure proper product display, rotation, and availability, guaranteeing brand visibility and commercial support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal brand visibility and commercial support 2. Verify inventory and place orders or replenishments 3. Organize and stock shelves, racks, and displays A reputable company located in Medellín is looking for a Merchandiser to join its team, with at least six (6) months of experience as a merchandiser or in the retail channel. Academic Qualification: High school graduate. Job Requirements: - Availability to travel within the city or assigned areas. - Physical fitness to lift products and perform mobility tasks. - Food handling certification. - Basic knowledge of inventory management and planograms. Job Mission: Ensure correct product display, rotation, and availability at points of sale, guaranteeing optimal brand visibility and support for the company’s commercial strategies. Responsibilities: - Verify inventory and place orders or replenishments. - Organize and stock shelves, racks, and displays. - Guarantee product rotation (FIFO). - Install and maintain POP materials (posters, talkers, etc.). - Collect competitor and point-of-sale information. · Salary: $1,750,905 + internet allowance + performance-based commission up to $130,000 + transportation allowance based on route + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with availability to work on Sundays and holidays.
