




Job Summary: A plastic bag operator is required with experience in operating and supervising machinery for the production, molding, and finishing of plastic products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and supervise plastic production machinery. 2. Ensure product quality and detect defects in plastic products. 3. Change molds and adjust equipment for production lines. An equipment supply company requires a plastic bag operator with 6 months of experience in manufacturing side-seal and bottom-seal bags. Functions: -Operate and supervise machines that knead and mix plastic and other chemicals to achieve a specific viscosity or consistency. -Operate and supervise machines that shape plastic materials via molding, extrusion, blow molding, cutting, and other methods according to specifications. -Operate and supervise machines for manufacturing plastic sheets, plastic-impregnated articles, and films of a specific thickness, or for producing fiberglass. -Operate equipment to apply final finishing to plastic products and ensure compliance with quality standards or detect defects. -Inspect and generate production reports to maintain quality standards and identify non-conforming defects. -Seal and mark approved plastic products and return defective items for repair or recycling. -Change molds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
