Coordinate staff and monitor production An electrical-sector company is seeking a Process Supervisor for Cable Jacketing, focused on organizational growth and talent development, requiring (1) year of experience in production and administrative processes. · Academic qualifications: · Technician, technologist, or professional degree in industrial, production, mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, business administration, or related fields. · Job Mission: · Supervise meshing, paper-wrapping, and sleeving processes, ensuring proper execution, control, and compliance with production quality standards. · Responsibilities: - Supervise field operations for meshing, paper-wrapping, and sleeving of cable components. - Ensure planning, organization, execution, evaluation, and control of production processes. - Coordinate assigned personnel across work fronts. - Verify compliance with quality standards in processes. - Monitor production progress and adherence to schedules. · Required Knowledge: - Production scheduling software. - Compliance with quality requirements. - Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office suite). · Salary: COP $3,900,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based employment. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability to work on Saturdays required.
