




Position Summary: Manage procurement requirements, ensuring service continuity through receipt, classification, coding, dispatch, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Provides operational and administrative support in vehicle maintenance and control. Job Mission Timely manage procurement requirements from requesting departments, guaranteeing receipt, classification, coding, dispatch, and inventory control to ensure continuity and timeliness in service delivery at the assigned branch or regional office. Main Responsibilities -Procurement and quotation management: receive procurement requests, quote materials and services, conduct quotation comparisons, and prepare reports for decision-making. -Monitoring of purchase orders and suppliers: track CDPs and purchase orders, verify delivery of goods and services, confirm satisfactory receipt, and manage legalization of advances. -Logistics and inventory: coordinate delivery logistics, validate receipt of supplies with branches, generate receipt codes (REC), and complete procurement control and tracking forms. -Supplier management: request, consolidate, and submit documentation for supplier creation and updates according to internal policy. -Operational and administrative support: assist infrastructure, tool, and equipment maintenance processes; support vehicle control (fuel consumption and maintenance); and provide administrative support as required. -Compliance and control: handle job-related information confidentially and comply with internal policies, occupational health and safety (SST), and company-established guidelines. Required Profile -Technical degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related fields. -Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement processes within the services, healthcare, insurance, or marketing sectors. -Proficiency in office tools and administrative process tracking. -High organizational ability, control capacity, and communication skills with suppliers and internal departments.
