Our partner company is looking for a Sample Maker or Garment Sample Specialist with one (1) year of experience in garment manufacturing and textile processes, to contribute to the development of sportswear, industrial garments, or similar products, ensuring precision, functionality, and production viability. Academic Qualifications: Technical vocational training or empirical experience in manufacturing sportswear, industrial garments, or similar products. Job Mission: To comprehensively execute sample and prototype manufacturing by interpreting technical pattern-making documents and specifications, contributing to the development and improvement of high-performance products, while ensuring precision, functionality, and production viability. Responsibilities: Manufacture samples and prototypes by interpreting technical data sheets and patterns to ensure compliance with specifications. Develop and adjust templates, optimizing the technical and structural development of garments. Verify measurements, finishes, and functionality of samples, ensuring quality and consistency with the design. Support associated processes such as cutting, sublimation, fusing, and sewing, ensuring completeness in product development. Implement adjustments and improvements to samples based on received feedback, contributing to innovation and production viability. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of continuous process improvement.
