We are looking for a Steward with twelve (12) months of experience in cleaning and disinfecting kitchen areas, contributing to compliance with hygienic and sanitary conditions required for proper food handling. Academic Qualification: High school diploma. Job Mission Ensure cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment, contributing to compliance with required sanitary and organizational standards for proper restaurant operations. Responsibilities: - Implement cleaning and disinfection programs in kitchen and service areas. - Perform cleaning and sanitization of utensils, tableware, kitchenware, and kitchen equipment. - Ensure appropriate hygienic conditions for food handling. - Maintain work areas in optimal order and cleanliness. - Apply appropriate methods and products for removing dirt according to established protocols. Knowledge: - Valid Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) course preferred. Professional Competencies: Teamwork and proactivity. Salary: $1.750.905 + transportation allowance + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, as required by the restaurant, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
