Academic Qualification: High school diploma. Months of Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales and customer service experience, preferably in the food industry. Job Mission: Collaboratively lead all store processes, especially the planning and execution of the baking schedule, to deliver an exceptional experience to each and every customer that consistently exceeds their expectations. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure customers enjoy a unique experience in our stores and make Tostao their favorite place. - Guarantee compliance with the store’s service culture protocol. - Promote cross-selling of the various products available in the store. - Maintain the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Daily verification that products and their expiration dates are suitable for sale in the stores. Contract Type: Indefinite-term. Salary: $1,750,905 plus transportation allowance and bonuses. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts.
