Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the continuity and secure operation of the Cooperative's technological infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Computer equipment maintenance and repair 2. CCTV and security camera management 3. End-user technical support (on-site and remote) Ensure the continuity and secure operation of the Cooperative's technological infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks through end-user technical support and failure prevention, enabling permanent efficiency across all processes. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Perform computer equipment maintenance and repair * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on organizational computer equipment (desktops and laptops). * Diagnose equipment status and perform hardware assembly (e.g., disk replacement, RAM upgrades, power supply replacements). * Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows / macOS) and office software according to requirements. * Continuously manage data backups and recovery as needed. 2. Manage CCTV monitoring and control * Export video footage from security cameras at service delivery locations. * Retrieve incident-related video footage upon client request. * Identify and operate various vendor interfaces (DAHUA and HIKVISION). * Download and record relevant information in multiple formats for investigative purposes. * Perform basic configuration changes on CCTV platforms. 3. Provide end-user technical support * Address and resolve technical incidents (Help Desk) both on-site and remotely (via AnyDesk, TeamViewer). * Verify network and power connectivity for DVRs or cameras, and ensure recordings are stored properly. * Configure and support peripherals (printers, scanners, IP phones). * Manage corporate email accounts, including password resets and access restoration. * Document support cases, inventories, and technical reports. * Accompany and train users during technological transitions to facilitate adaptation. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Knowledge areas: Efficiency, Network administration, Hardware, Infrastructure, CCTV installation, Maintenance, Prevention, Networks, Repairs, Operating systems, Technical support, Network software Driver's license: A2 Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, system
