Therefore, we are currently looking for a Technical Support Assistant in Medellín, whose main challenge will be to support the administration, installation, planning, support, and maintenance of information systems. Requirements: Technical degree in Systems, Equipment Maintenance, Technologist in Systems, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in help desk. Knowledge of networks: network point installation, security cameras, and cabling. Proficiency in CRM and office productivity tools. Knowledge of voice and data networks. Availability to work. Main Responsibilities: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. Provide support for computer systems, equipment, and network infrastructure. Update databases. Configure email accounts. Provide on-site and/or remote technical support for the company's technological assets. Maintain inventory, supplies, and license records. Execute backups of information, files, and databases. Advise and train users on IT tools. Manage supplies and equipment replacement when necessary. Install, configure, and commission technological equipment.
