We are looking for a **Full Stack Developer** with initiative, rapid learning ability, and solid technical foundations to join our team in El Poblado. We seek someone who not only writes code but also proposes solutions and wishes to grow alongside us. **What do you need to apply?** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of demonstrable experience in web application development (professional projects or a strong portfolio). * **Frontend:** Proficiency in **React**, and hands-on experience with **Next.js**. * **Backend/Data:** Solid knowledge of **SQL** databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar). * **English:** Basic/technical English proficiency is valued—sufficient to read documentation and communicate in writing. * **Location:** Availability to work **on-site** at our office in **El Poblado, Medellín**. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain modern web applications using the Next.js/React stack. * Design and optimize SQL database queries. * Collaborate on the architecture of new features. * Ensure code quality and product scalability. **What we offer** * **Compensation:** $3\.500\.000 COP under an independent contractor agreement. * **Flexibility:** Schedule to be agreed upon based on availability and objective achievement. * **Environment:** Modern office located in Medellín’s best area (El Poblado). * **Growth:** Opportunity to work directly with cutting-edge technologies and receive continuous mentorship.
