Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack developer with startup and digital product experience to lead the technical transition and ensure scalability of a fitness, health, and wellness product. We seek a Full Stack developer who can ensure the current architecture and lead the technical transition into a new growth phase. Challenges **Conduct a thorough audit and successful technical handover**Lead the complete app transition**Build the technological foundation for growth Responsibilities **Develop and evolve the app**Ensure technical stability **Scale the product with business-oriented criteria**Propose architectural improvements and decisions Desired Profile **Technology professional or related field**\+7 years in Full Stack development.**Startup and digital product experience**Proficiency in React Native / Flutter \| Node.js / Python / RoR \| AWS / Firebase **Claude Code or Cursor experience preferred.**High level of autonomy and business mindset**Proactive, with strong technical judgment and strategic vision Conditions Hybrid/onsite work mode.
