Your Purpose: As a Die-Casting Operator, your mission is to correctly execute the die-casting process according to production plans, ensuring the quality of each part and compliance with the company’s industrial safety standards. Your Key Responsibilities: Pour molten material into molds to transform molten aluminum into solid parts. Inspect the finish of each part to ensure compliance with quality standards. Clean molds after each cycle to ensure continuous process quality. Report daily to the coordinator the number of die-cast parts produced. Support the team during breaks or absences within the area. Maintain workplace order and cleanliness under the 5S methodology. Join this challenge if: You hold a high school diploma. You have at least 6 months of experience in operational or manufacturing roles. You possess basic knowledge of casting or molding; if not, your eagerness to learn counts too!
