We are looking for a Technologist profile with logical thinking and strong analytical capabilities to transform manual processes into automated solutions. Your Purpose: Identify improvement opportunities in our operational processes to design, develop, and implement integration and automation tools that make our operations more agile and precise. What will be your responsibilities? Diagnosis: Interview teams and gather information to identify processes suitable for automation. Development: Design programs and workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks. Support: Train colleagues on the use of new technological tools. Documentation: Create manuals and implementation records. Continuous Improvement: Consistently propose new ways to optimize internal efficiency. What profile are we looking for? Education: Technologist student in Data Automation, Industrial Automation, Data Systematization, or related fields (practical phase). Intermediate-Advanced Excel: You must feel highly comfortable handling data, formulas, and tables. Tools: Basic knowledge of programming and workflow/algorithm design. Skills: Excellent communication skills (for interviews with departments) and technical writing ability. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work Mode: On-site.
