Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pattern Maker proficient in Optitex to develop and adjust patterns for men's and women's garments, collaborating closely with design and production teams. Collaborative work with design and production departments A company located in Laureles is looking for a Pattern Maker experienced in Optitex to join its team. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pattern Maker. * Proficiency in Optitex software. * Experience in pattern making for men's and women's garments. * Experience in woven and knitted garments. * Experience in grading, drafting, and pattern correction. * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, and fit adjustment. Responsibilities: * Develop base patterns and templates for men's and women's garments, both in woven and knitted fabrics. * Perform pattern making, grading, and modifications using Optitex. * Create production drafts to optimize fabric consumption. * Review, correct, and adjust patterns based on fittings, samples, and feedback from design or production departments. * Interpret technical specifications, designs, and garment requirements. * Collaborate closely with design, sampling, and production departments to ensure garment feasibility. * Perform fitting corrections and adjustments for men's and women's garments. * Ensure patterns are finalized, approved, and organized for production. * Maintain up-to-date digital files of patterns, grading, and references. * Support the development of new collections and references according to company requirements.
