Fieldwork with constant travel Product Technical Service Assistant (Warranty) At Fantasía Mattresses, we are looking for a Warranty and After-Sales Service Assistant responsible for verifying the condition and functionality of our products (mattresses, furniture, and similar items) directly on-site at customers’ locations. This position requires constant travel, as the work is primarily conducted in the field, performing on-site technical inspections to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential issues or defects, providing initial on-site assistance when applicable, and promptly managing warranty requests with the relevant departments. Main Responsibilities: Manage warranty and after-sales service requests. Provide customer service through various channels (telephone, in-person). Validate warranty conditions and document cases. Follow up on requests until closure. Coordinate with internal departments (quality, production, logistics) to resolve cases. Requirements: High school diploma Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, PQRS, or warranties. Proficiency in office software. Communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Own motorcycle. Valid driver’s license. Availability for travel.
