**Job Objective:** Carry out specialized construction tasks in accordance with plans, technical specifications, and established schedules, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform civil works tasks such as masonry, tiling, plastering, stucco application, concrete pouring, and finishing. * Interpret basic construction drawings and technical specifications. * Properly handle construction tools and equipment. * Support and guide the construction assistant in assigned activities. * Verify that work is correctly executed according to quality standards. * Comply with and enforce occupational safety and health regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: secondary school (preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a construction worker. * Knowledge of structural (rough) work and/or finishing work. * Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: temporary work contract for a duration of 2 to 3 months. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Work location: Rionegro, Antioquia.
