Position Purpose Warehouse operations aimed at ensuring customer service with the required quality and timeliness, while minimizing dispatch errors and losses. Functions and Responsibilities * Manage truck unloading processes to receive goods from local suppliers or imports (spare parts, components, accessories, consumables, and tools), verifying volumes in terms of codes according to records and quantities, with the objective of releasing shipments based on volume accuracy and/or making decisions regarding rejection of goods from local suppliers due to quantity discrepancies, thereby preventing stock deviations. * Update the inventory system after physically verifying all received items by entering a purchase order—including product lists and their codes—and recording quantities, with the objective of releasing them for commercialization. * Perform packaging tasks while simultaneously ensuring double-checking of goods, part codes, quantities, customer data, sales orders, delivery addresses, and carrier information. Requirements * Technical degree in logistics or related field. * Minimum 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations, preferably within industrial equipment or automotive sectors; knowledge of ERP systems required. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Willingness to reside at the mining contract site or in a nearby locality as determined. *At Sandvik, we value diversity and inclusion.
