If you are interested in reviewing vacancies to connect professionally with Comfama, we recommend visiting our website www.comfama.com, option Work with Us **Job Functions:** Our partner company requires for its team an Electromechanical and Lighting Testing Laboratory Analyst, with more than five (5\) years of experience in the electrical sector or other sectors, in mechanical testing laboratories using universal testing machines, as well as in calibration and testing of electrical and lighting products. **Academic Requirements:** Electrician technologist or engineer, electromechanical, industrial, instrumentation and control, or related fields. **Mission:** To conduct laboratory testing for Electromechanical and Lighting Testing and participate in the implementation of new tests, ensuring compliance with quality objectives and application of regulatory requirements in a way that supports the maintenance of accreditations. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare materials, equipment, and samples for testing, ensuring their proper calibration and maintenance. * Perform setups, cuts, and preparation of parts for testing according to current procedures and technical standards. * Conduct tests, record measurements, prepare result reports, and report them to the immediate supervisor. * Keep updated records of calibration, maintenance, and verification of equipment. * Participate in laboratory quality management and assurance activities, including uncertainty control, repeatability, and data recording. **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Technical Regulations in the electrical sector: RETIE cap.20 \- RETILAP session 300 * Technical standard NTC ISO 17025\. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety (PPE, handling of loads, electrical risk, use and handling of tools) * Knowledge of basic metrology. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) **Workplace Competencies:** * Customer service orientation. * Commitment to learning. * Communication. **Salary:** $3\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits. **Type of contract:** Fixed-term. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Work location:** Sabaneta. **Requirements:** Electrician technologist or engineer, electromechanical, industrial, instrumentation and control.
