About the Position Synergy Advisors is seeking a highly qualified **Consulting Architect** to design, implement, support, and maintain technological solutions for clients, using a holistic, interdisciplinary, and results-oriented approach. This position requires a professional with strong expertise in Microsoft architectures, cybersecurity, and cloud services—capable of anticipating client needs, leading technical initiatives, and designing end-to-end solutions that optimize, protect, and ensure operational continuity of technological environments. Professional Profile A professional capable of developing, implementing, and executing advanced technical strategies, processes, and methodologies aimed at optimizing and ensuring definitive solutions to clients’ operational challenges related to acquired products and services. Must provide specialized technical support, lead technology transformation initiatives, and actively participate in the stabilization and evolution of solutions based on Microsoft technologies. Mandatory Requirement ✅ **CEH Certification (Certified Ethical Hacker)** Candidates without this certification will not be considered for the process. Required Qualifications * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced technical knowledge (Level 300 or higher). * Microsoft Fundamentals certification. * English level C1\. * Microsoft AZ\-305 certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert). * Microsoft SC\-100 certification (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert). * **Mandatory CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification.** Desirable Qualifications * Experience in multicloud environments. * Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Specialization or postgraduate studies related to technology, architecture, cloud, or cybersecurity. Main ResponsibilitiesConsulting and Architecture * Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Microsoft methodologies and technologies. * Analyze business needs and propose technology solutions aligned with client objectives. * Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and discovery exercises (EDO). * Prepare architecture documentation, analysis, and technical recommendations. * Lead client meetings and present technical and functional deliverables. Client Management and Relationship Building * Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction. * Facilitate positive, long-term client relationships. * Prepare meeting minutes and associated project documentation. Implementation and Support * Provide technical and functional consulting to internal and external clients. * Stabilize implemented solutions in complex environments. * Participate in technology projects contracted by clients. * Support Microsoft product activation and adoption processes. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of projects and activities related to clients. Operational Management * Periodically report progress on assigned projects. * Log daily activities in Jira. * Perform technical effort estimations and development activity planning. * Participate in pre-sales initiatives. * Contribute to establishing technological standards and best practices. Innovation and Development * Stay current with Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity, productivity tools, and market trends. * Support the development and integration of E\-Suite with Microsoft technologies. * Collaborate in the development of E\-Visor, E\-Encryptor, and E\-Vigilant. * Support the evolution of the Microsoft Purview Governance Portal. * Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities * Comply with Synergy Advisors’ established information security and quality policies. * Conduct Microsoft workshops to identify technological opportunities among clients. * Support the acquisition of Microsoft funding and incentives. * Conduct discovery and consulting activities. * Participate in client-contracted projects. * Provide technical and functional consulting to internal and external clients. * Report progress on projects under responsibility. * Actively participate in training and capacity-building activities. * Contribute to Microsoft Teams forums and collaborative spaces. * Develop technical and architectural documentation. * Support pre-sales activities. * Assist clients in adopting and consuming Microsoft technologies. * Support the development of E\-Suite integrations with Microsoft technology. * Support the development of reports for E\-Visor, E\-Encryptor, and E\-Vigilant. * Participate in the development and evolution of the Microsoft Purview Governance Portal. Contract Terms This position is offered under the **Independent Contractor model with Synergy Advisors LLC (United States)**; therefore, **no direct employment relationship exists** between the parties. * **Initial contract duration:** 3 months. * **Fees:** USD $2,500 per month. * **Work mode:** Hybrid. * **Required location:** Medellín, Antioquia.
