Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement assistance packages to help users cope with difficulties and overcome dependencies * Interview service users and assess their current status, needs, strengths, and weaknesses * Treat each case as a unit and establish customized, quantifiable objectives * Monitor and evaluate user progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly * Provide information and guidance on optimal approaches during sessions * Maintain accurate records and report on users' status * Attend clinical sessions and provide testimony in court * Serve as a key worker and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams * Refer users to community services to support their recovery Work Location: On-site employment
