Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and technical decision-making. **Job Description** ---------------------- An allied company is seeking systems technologists and/or professionals with one (1) year of software development experience in related roles. Mission: Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that address business needs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability through programming best practices, agile methodologies, and modern tools, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: * Design and develop web and/or software applications according to functional and technical requirements defined in projects. * Implement and execute unit and integration tests to ensure correct functionality, stability, and quality of developed software. * Manage source code versions using version control systems such as Git, following the development team’s guidelines. * Participate in Infrastructure and Architecture committees, contributing to technical analysis and decision-making under senior team supervision. * Research and propose new technologies, tools, and best practices that support continuous improvement of processes and products. Technical Knowledge: * Programming languages: JavaScript and TypeScript * Version control (Git) and agile methodologies. * Preferred: Docker, NestJS, and Java Professional Competencies: * Assertive communication. * Logical thinking and teamwork. Salary: $3,000,000 to $3,300,000 + statutory benefits. Schedule: To be agreed upon with the company. Contract Type: Permanent.
