Job Summary: Support the planning, supervision, and execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, technical specifications, and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil engineering or architecture. 2. Knowledge of productivity analysis, construction drawings, AutoCAD, Excel, and construction site control. 3. Proficiency in construction scheduling and occupational safety and health regulations. Support the planning, supervision, and execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, industrial safety, and guidelines established by the company and the client. Civil Engineer or Architect (or related field) Minimum 2–3 years of experience. Knowledge in: * Material and labor productivity. * Reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Basic/intermediate AutoCAD proficiency. * Excel and Microsoft Office tools. * Construction quantity takeoff and earthwork calculations. * Preparation of progress reports. * Occupational safety and health regulations. * Construction scheduling (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar). * Familiarity with Opus or estimating software is desirable.
