Provide basic hardware and software support to users. **We are looking for a Technology Apprentice!** At **Color Blue**, we are seeking a **Systems Apprentice or candidate from related fields** who wishes to complete their practical training and gain experience in a dynamic work environment. **Profile:** * Student pursuing a **Technical or Technological program in Systems, Technology, IT Support, Computer Science, or related fields**. * Available to begin their practical training period. * Interest in technological support, computer tools, and user assistance. * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, responsibility, and teamwork skills. * **Important: This vacancy does not apply to Software Development Apprentices.** **Some of your responsibilities will include:** * Providing basic hardware and software support to users. * Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computing equipment. * Performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment. * Supporting the management and updating of technology inventories. * Providing support for office productivity tools and platforms used by the company. * Assisting with activities related to networks, connectivity, and technological resources. * Supporting various activities within the Technology Department according to organizational needs.
