We seek a professional with strong leadership, organizational, and control capabilities, responsible for coordinating the project’s technical and operational activities while ensuring achievement of established objectives. **Requirements:** * Professional degree as an **Electrical Engineer**. * Minimum of **10 years** of professional experience, counted from the issuance of the professional license. * Valid **active professional license**, certifying the required experience. * Project certifications demonstrating at least **5 years of experience in coordination or supervision of similar projects**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate technical and operational activities of the supervision team. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Consolidate technical, administrative, and photographic reports. * Support the project director in technical and contractual verification. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards, technical regulations, and schedules. * Lead communication among various project stakeholders. * Supervise the proper execution of field activities. * Develop and implement work plans across various electrical construction projects. * **Location:** Metropolitan area * **Contract Duration:** Project-based employment contract * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday * **Work Distribution:** 70% on-site supervision, projects, and technical visits\- 30% office-based work. * **Salary:** $4\.800\.000 Workplace: On-site employment
